DRY AGED BEEF
We dry-age prime meats for 28 days in our brand new state of the art facility.
Our steaks are individually vacuumed packed to insure quality and flavor.
Porterhouse, Ribeye and Striploin steaks are available.
The best of both worlds. American Wagyu is the result of cross breeding Japan’s Kobe with American Angus producing the most flavorful steak produced in the USA.
Select from our 8 oz. Fillet Mignon or 16 oz. Strip or Ribeye Steaks.
Also available are Briskets, Bottom Rounds, Chuck Eye Roll and Peeled Knuckles to name a few.
The legendary beef from the far-east. Kobe scores higher than any beef with a grade of A-5. Because Kobe has a lower melting point than other meats, it literally “melts in your mouth”.
